Session Outcomes:

• Implement basic project management principles
• Distinguish the difference between projects and operations
• Develop a project plan using the existing standardised templates for a project you are working on outlining the scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Define project scope and create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
