This workshop will focus on empowering academic leaders to reflect on the principles, parameters and a framework to position your department towards Vision 130 where a strategic academic staff profile will enable you towards a research-led future.

The workshop will address the following themes:

1. Programme Qualification Mix towards subsidy generation
2. Producing Teaching input units(TIUs) informing SLEs
3. Budgeting towards allocated SLEs
4. Academic resourcing toward strategic academic departmental profile for Vision 130
