 n\n \n\n\nBiography: \n\n\nDr Angela Stott is a senior lecturer in Scien
 ce Education in the Faculty of Education. A C2-rated researcher and an awa
 rd-winning\, innovative teacher\, Angela focuses on effective science teac
 hing and learning in the African context. She adopts a pragmatic\, cogniti
 vely grounded research approach\, emphasising structured project-based lea
 rning and the integration of artificial intelligence as a flipped-interact
 ion intelligent tutor to support deep learning. Beyond academia\, Angela c
 ontributes to open educational practice through her platform\, LearnScienc
 e.co.za\, and its associated YouTube channel\, where she develops accessib
 le teaching and learning resources.\nStefan Scheepers is a higher educatio
 n professional specialising in learning design\, academic development\, an
 d the integration of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching a
 nd learning. He currently serves as a Lecturer and AI Coordinator\, where 
 he leads curriculum development\, staff training\, and institutional initi
 atives focused on the ethical and effective use of AI in education.\nStefa
 n holds two master’s degrees—one in Higher Education from the Universi
 ty of the Free State and another from the University of Edinburgh\, where 
 he focused on AI in higher education. His work sits at the intersection of
  pedagogy\, technology\, and data-informed decision-making\, with a strong
  emphasis on improving student success and future-proofing graduate skills
 .\nWith experience spanning lecturing\, research\, and project coordinatio
 n\, Stefan has led faculty-level initiatives\, facilitated workshops\, and
  contributed to innovative assessment and curriculum strategies. He is par
 ticularly interested in how emerging technologies can enhance\, rather tha
