Declaration by Applicant:

I hereby declare

• that the information stated below is true and accurate;
• that I have familiarised myself with the contents of the Rules and Regulations of the university, including the terms and conditions pertaining to accommodation in Junior accommodation facilities
• that, for the duration of my stay on campus, I undertake to comply with all Rules and Regulations specified by the Council of the university, or any other authoritative body or person, as well as any additional rules and regulations that the university or any authoritative body or person may announce from time to time; the said Rules and Regulations form part of my agreement with the university;
• that I accept liability for the timeous payment of all due amounts as prescribed in the Rules and Regulations, and any other amounts that I may owe the university;
• that I also undertake to pay all legal costs incurred by the university, including attorneys’ fees and client costs, as well as debt-collection costs, if I neglect to meet any of my obligations regarding payment to the university;
• that the agreement emanating from this application, irrespective of the place where it was signed, will be deemed as signed at Bloemfontein.
