Important: This form must be completed by one designated staff member per group. The staff member will also be responsible for entering the details of any accompanying students. Students should not complete this form.
Your response will support effective planning and coordination of the summit, including seating arrangements, catering requirements, and access to scheduled sessions. Please ensure all required information is completed accurately.
Upon submission, a confirmation email will be sent with a link to provide details for any accompanying students. If there are no accompanying students, you may simply disregard the link.
Registration by the designated staff member is required for attendance.
