Opening of the 2025 Student Governance Awards (15 – 27 August 2025)
The Student Governance Office BFN announces the opening of applications for the 2025 Student Governance Awards from 15 to 27 August 2025. These awards recognise exceptional leadership, service, and impact within the student community.
Applications are invited for the following categories:

I/CSRC Leadership Award – Recognises a student leader who has demonstrated exceptional service, vision, and commitment to advancing the SRC mandate. Demonstrating outstanding leadership qualities and a commitment to the student body.

Association/Organisation of the Year – Recognises a student association or organisation that has achieved excellence in service, advocacy, and community engagement. Making a positive impact on campus life.

Best Faculty Student Council Award – Recognises the Faculty Council that has excelled in representing academic and social interests of students.

Best Supporting Structure Award – Recognises a structure or committee that has provided outstanding support to student governance. Contributing to effective functioning and success of student-led activities and programmes.
Applications must include the completed award survey, all required reports as attachments, and a portfolio of evidence demonstrating the achievements and contributions relevant to the category entered.
