12:30 - 16:30 - Group 2 (ICT Staff): Quality Awareness Training - ISO 9001:2015

The Quality Management Programme commences 1st April 2019. To ensure a successful and effective ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) implementation, all ICT staff will be adequately trained throughout the journey to certification.

To ensure that all ICT staff have the same level of understanding with regards to ISO 9001:2015, Quality Awareness Training is scheduled for all ICT Staff from 4th April 2019 to 5th April 2019.

ICT Staff will be required to book for a 4-hour training session by choosing 1 of 3 sessions. Training will include an assessment (multiple choice questions) to test understanding of ISO 9001:2015 QMS.

This training is compulsory and a competence certificate will be issued to staff members who achieve a minimum of 60% in the assessment. Staff who achieve 40-59% will be required to rewrite and lower than 40% requires the candidate to repeat the training.
