Session 1: Get ready … Get set … and Go with required skills for Masters and PhD Supervisors! Understand the skills required for a successful supervision process Interrogate the integration and usefulness of the skills in their own supervision practice Understand the implication if not effectively engaging the skills in the supervision process. Apply a SWOT analysis to critically analyse their supervision skills Session 2: Context-based skills for Masters and PhD Supervisors: Learn from practice! Through a panel discussion, experienced supervisors will share their unique set of skills for effective supervision Workshop participants will be engaged in sharing best context-based practices in supervision
