Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Convocation of the University of the Free State (UFS) to deal with the following matters:

As seating is limited, members are advised to register as soon as possible and to ensure that they are seated in the Equitas Auditorium by 08:45.
Any member who wishes to raise any matter at this meeting must submit a written motion with regard to this matter to the Registrar (Registrar@ufs.ac.za) or the President, Dr PD du Toit (dutoitpd@ufs.ac.za) at least one week before the meeting.
